On 10 Aug 1909, Ireland, Curragh. Battalion marched to Gilltown for Brigade training, thence marched to Hollywood on 12 August, to Tulfarris House on 14 August, to Ardinods Camp on 16 August and returned to Curragh on 17 August.
On 28 Aug 1909, Ireland, Curragh. Battalion marched to Stratford en route to Keadeen Field Firing Camp for parts IV, V and VI of Musketry Course, arriving at Stratford the next day.
