We are very (very!) excited to announce the launch of our very first Folk Festival!
Join us here at The Rifles Berkshire & Wiltshire Museum on Saturday 1st June 2024 for a day of live folk music in the museum's beautiful walled garden. Kicking off at 11am, we will have a host of local acts playing throughout the afternoon up until 6:30pm.
Then, from 7pm we will have our 'After Hours' sessions- with more live folk musicians playing until 10pm!
Alongside the music, we will be firing up the barbecue and keeping your glasses topped up at the bar! If that's not enough, we will have trader stalls, kids activities and traditional Ceili folk dance groups to help you groove the day away.
Daytime acts include:
Maerefolk
Monkey See Monkey Do
Wessex Folk Orchestra
Ukulele Vagabond
Romsey Ukulele Group
John Detains
'After Hours' Sessions will include:
Antoine & Owena
Fly Yeti Fly
Sean Rice
The Red Stag Morris Dancers will also be joining us for a special dance performance!
Ticket prices include access to both the daytime and 'After Hours' performances.
Prices:
Adults: £12
Children: £6
Family Ticket (2 Adults + 3 Children): £36

Sadly, dogs are not permitted in the garden for the event.
