| Entry | Moved from FREZENBURG into a farm about 400yds N. The advance guard of a French Cavalry Division passed through during the morning but soon returned. They were directed on ZONNEBECK which was being heavily shelled. Ordered back to billets at FREZENBURG in evening to clear area N of YPRES - ZONNEBECK road for French. Two platoons were under Lt Nicholson B Coy and the other under Lt Bishop [?] of C Coy were escort to French. |
