Entry | Relief completed 12.30am. Day was quiet until 3pm when the enemy commenced to bombard our line with trench mortars and damaged our trenches. Our trench mortars and artillery were very active against the enemy wire. Our bombardment was effective and many gaps were made in the enemy wire. Night quiet, weather fine. |
