| Entry | Billets at HERSIN quite good. The whole Battalion is in a large building and the men are comfortable. The day spent cleaning up and washing. Boshell arranged very excellent baths. We had to find 300 men for a working party on the 2nd line trenches, they were out from 7.0pm to 2.0am. Dull day. Tofrek day. Wires from 2nd Battn and Captain Redstone. |
