| Entry | Enemy artillery were active with Fizz Bangs on most parts of our line during the day. Hostile aircraft were active. Large working parties of the 23rd London Regt under RE's worked on our reserve and front line. We sent two working parties to the RE for work on the COMPANY ROAD. The General directed that this trench was to be cleared with all possible speed so as to open communications by day. |
