Entry | The Battalion paraded at 10.15 and marched to LE TOURET and took over the billets vacated same morning by 6th Buffs. Arrived LE TOURET 12.15pm and came under orders of 37th Bde 12th Div. Weather was dry. The billets were not bad. The Medical Officer again inspected Coys for cases of scabies. This time only two men were sent to hospital. The 6th Queens, the regiment we were to relieve in the trenches next day sent guides at dusk to conduct the Commanding Officer and the four company commanders to view the line. They returned about 11pm. |
