Entry Working parties were found as under:- A Company 1 Officer, 60 O Ranks for work on Assault Course. 20 Other Ranks at XIV Corps Gas School. C Company 1 Officer, 40 O Ranks for work at the CONVENT. 1 Officer, 40 O Ranks on XI Corps Bombing Course. 1 Officer, 24 O Ranks, clearing up the Army Wing, moving all rubbish and cleaning drains. 1 Officer, 10 O Ranks at the QUARRY. 1 Officer, 6 O Ranks unloading stone etc at CONVENT. "A" Company Football Team were conveyed by motor lorry to ALBAREDO, playing "D" Company of the OXFORDS in the Brigade Inter-Company Football Competition. At full time the game stood without a goal being scored by either side, but after playing for an extra 20 minutes, "A" Company scored, winning by 1 goal to nil. Weather;- a very foggy day and night. RIGHT HALF BATTALION Resana Training continues. A Company played D Company on the Oxfords in Brigade Competition and won 1 goal to NIL. B Company played D Company in the same competition, result 1 goal each after extra time. Weather:- a foggy day and cold.
