| Entry | Half holiday for both Companies with the exception of a party of 10 O Ranks for work at the QUARRY, and another party of 6 O Ranks working on transmission wires at the CONVENT. We played the CYCLIST BATTN at Football on their ground drawing 1 all - a good game. Weather:- a fine clear day, fog at night. RIGHT HALF BATTALION Villa Jonoch We moved to RESANA, marching via CITTADELLA - CASTEL FRANCO. A halt was made from 1 to 2pm and dinners were taken. The King of the Belgians and his Staff passed the Battalion during the hours halt. The roads were good and no-one fell out. Left VILLA JONOCH 9.30am arrived at RESANA about 4pm. Billets fair but very scattered. Working party from CARMIGNANO rejoined. Weather:- a lovely day. Remarks Weekly State marked A2. |
