| Entry | Working parties were found as under:- A Company 1 Officer, 60 O ranks for work on Assault Course. 20 Other Ranks at XI Corps Gas School. C Company 1 Officer, 50 O Ranks for work at the Convent. 1 Officer, 30 O Ranks loading stone and stores at QUARRY. 30 O Ranks on transmission wires. 20 O Ranks unloading stone and stores at Convent. "C" Company Cooks went round with dinners for their working parties at and around the Convent and then went on to QUARRY - "A" Company were able to march back for dinners as their work was at the CONVENT. Weather:- a lovely hot day, frost at night. Remarks 2 OR to hospital. RIGHT HALF BATTALION Villa Jonoch Training continued. Weather:- a fine day. Remarks 2/Lt E Wallis went on leave. |
