| Entry | We received orders to move to VILLA JONOCH. Moved off 2pm, marching via CITTADELLA, arrived at 5pm. Both Coys, and Details billeted at the Chateau. Weather:- misty morning, fine and warm later. SECOND HALF BATTALION. LOREGGIA. Orders were received at 12.30am to proceed to BATTAGLIA under arrangements to be made with the RTO CAMPOSAMPIERO but at 4am another order arrived direct from the DIVISION postponing the move until the 28th. The usual inspections were held and Companies route marched for 2 hours in the morning. Weather:- a fine misty day. Remarks 2/LT F T WHITTY and 50 OR went to GHQ Musketry School. |
