| Entry | We relieved the 1/4th OXFORDS during the night in the Left front Sector. Relief completed about 2am. The enemy twice put down his barrage during the relief and so delayed matters. Dispositions:- B Company Front D Company Right Support See map attached. C Company Left support A Company Reserve The shelling again was continuous, day and night. Weather:- Remarks A. 3. B. 2 Capt Gregory retd from Fifth Army School. 2Lt Stow Morris joined the Bn and posted to D company. |
