| Entry | We moved to BALLIEULVAL via ACHIET-LE-GRAND, AYETTE, BELLACOURT, BASSEUX. Owing to the heat of the day we marched in the evening, leaving at 5.30p.m. arriving 11.15pm. The rain the previous night had made the Cross Country Tracks impassable and we kept to the roads all the way. The Battalion marched well, only one man fell out. Weather:- a hot day.
