Entry We relieved the OXFORDS in the Left Subsector, the relief being completed by 12.20am. (16th) Dispositions:- B COMPANY - RIGHT FRONT C COMPANY - LEFT FRONT D COMPANY - SUPPORT A COMPANY - RESERVE Weather:- a very hot day. Remarks "A3" MAJOR J N ALDWORTH MC, was attached to 240 RA BRIGADE. CAPT O B CHALLENOR MC took over the duties of 3rd in command. LT B F HOLMES returned from the Army School. The ADJUTANT returned from BRIGADE. CASUALTIES:- 1 killed, 5 wounded. See "B2"
