| Entry | Working parties of two Companies were found for local work; the other two Companies were employed in clearing up in the vicinity of their billets. The Commanding Officer spoke to the Battalion in the afternoon, telling all of the great credit they had brought to the Battalion by their fine behaviour in the attack on the morning of the 5th April. Weather:- wet morning, fine later. |
