Entry All day was spent in making preparations for the attack on the morning of the 5th April. The Commanding Officer went up with Company Commanders in the morning to get some idea of the country, but owing to the heavy snow which was falling all day, it was impossible to see anything. A Conference of Commanding Officers was held at BRIGADE HQ at 3pm. Weather:- a very cold day with snow. Remarks A Reinforcement of 2 OR joined the Battalion.
