Entry We relieved the OXFORDS in the left Subsector, the first platoon leaving at 6pm., the relief being completed at 8,30pm. Dispositions:- Right Company - A Company and one platoon of D Company Centre Company - B Company Left Company - C Company Reserve Company - D Company less one platoon. The reserve Company found all ration and carrying parties for the other three Companies. All the trenches were frozen hard, and very little work was possible. Rations came up to the usual Dump, and were man-handled thence. Weather:- a cold day and night. Remarks LT B H HOLMES and R J PRING went to Divisional School.
