| Entry | Company training was continued. The Commanding Officer and Company Commanders went to inspect the Support Battalion dispositions, left Brigade, at middle day. At 6.30pm. we received orders to be ready to move at short notice, and at 7.55pm. we received orders to move at once to SOPHIE trench, but these orders were cancelled - A raid had been made on the Divisional front. Weather:- a very cold day and night. |
