Entry On account of the weather very little work was possible. The Commanding Officer inspected all billets in the afternoon. A Commanding Officer's Conference was held at Brigade Headquarters at 4pm. The Commanding Officer lectured to the Officers at 6pm. The training area for the Battalion was half mile from the village and included trenches for bombing, a short rifle range and good fields for platoon training. Weather:- a wet day. Remarks A Reinforcement of 7 OR joined the Battalion for duty.
