Regiment | 1st Royal Berkshire |
---|---|
Location | France, ANNEQUIN |
Entry | In billets. Ordinary routine. The enemy fired 68 "coalboxes" over our billets at a Heavy Battery about 7pm. Two duds. Damage - a hole in a house and many holes in a stubble field. A German aeroplane dropped bombs on BETHUNE, our aeroplanes do not show that keenness to drive off the enemy planes, a feature so apparent at the beginning of the war. |
