Regiment 1/4th Royal Berkshire
Location France, Bois-du-Warnimont
Entry Baths in BUS were allotted to the Battn from 8 to 12.30p.m. 40 per company per hour. The Brigade moved to BEAUVAL in the afternoon. We moved first, leaving at 2.40p.m. Packs were carried on lorries. We marched via MARIEUX-TERRA MESNIL, arriving at BEAUVAL at 6.30p.m. It was one of the best marches we had done since we were in the Country; the roads were good and it was an ideal for marching,- one man fell out. We were back in our old billets receiving a hearty welcome from the inhabitants. Weather:- a dull day.
