The GOC Division, Major - General Fanshawe, CB, inspected the Battn in the morning, congratulating all ranks on their work during the past two months. Extracts from his speech attached. Weather:- a fine day. Remarks Capt Bean returned from sick leave. Capt Buchanan retd to the 2nd FA. During the time he was attached to us his work had been most satisfactory and we were all sorry to lose him. |
