| Entry | We relieved the 5th GLOSTERS at OVILLERS in the afternoon, completing the relief by 4.0p.m. Dispositions:- A Coy in No 2 Street: B Coy No 3 Street: C and D Coys No 1 Street. B Coy found a carrying party of 100 for bombs. The village and our trenches were shelled most of the afternoon. Weather:- a very hot day. Remarks Casualties:- 2 killed, 1 wounded. |
