| Entry | The day was spent in rest with the exception of the ordinary platoon inspections. A Brigade Conference of Commanding Officers was held at 2.30p.m. re the taking over the line from the 35th Brigade. The Commanding Officer rode up in the evening re details of the relief. Weather:- a very hot day, some rain at night. |
