| Entry | The Brigade moved off at 7.50a.m. marching to BEAUVAL. A very trying march for the last three miles, but only six men fell out - all of them Drafts. We were back in the old billets in the town, much to our joy and the joy of the inhabitants who had not forgotten us for the excellent way in which the Battalion had behaved when we were there before. We arrived 10.45a.m. and the rest of the day was spent quietly. Weather:- a lovely day. |
