| Entry | Working parties, evening only. Enemy guns were again active most of the day on the village and Front line trenches. Quite a display of green lights was observed to the South-east of us about 5.45p.m. - no apparent result followed. A patrol under Lieut TEED went out from the Right of our line on the PUISIEUX Road: their working parties were very busy, covered by the usual screen. Weather:- a wet day. Remarks The CO returned from Leave. Casualty:- 1 wounded (shell shock) |
