| Entry | Working parties as on the 5th. "B" & "D" Companies relieved A and C Companies by 3.30p.m. Enemy Machine Guns were again very active at morning "stand - to". Their guns fired four shells at 6 different points in our line in the morning - evidently new Batteries registering. Weather:- a showery day and night. Remarks Lt Challoner went on leave. |
