Entry | At 9.30am we blew up a mine with little effect. At 1pm, D relieved B Coy, and A relieved C Coy. About 7.45pm the enemy blew up a mine about 25 yards from our front line. They occupied the new crater formed, from which we were unable to drive them, after having shelled for ten minutes work repairing trenches carried on. 1 man killed (Private Ward buried in cemetery Windy Corner) 3 wounded. |
