Entry Working parties as on the 22nd - morning only. B and D Companies relieved A and C Companies by 3.30p.m. The Pioneer Section was increased by 4 men per Company. The enemy's guns were quiet all day except for eight shells which were fired from a new position (South of PUISIEUX) - all "duds". Weather:- a fine day. Remarks Capt Winslow joined the Bn and was posted to "C" Company. Casualty - 1 wounded. A Draft of 63 NCOs and men joined the Battalion.
