| Entry | The 145th Brigade relieved the 144th at the usual time and the same order, excepting that the OXFORDS and BUCKS changed places. Our relief commenced about 11.30a.m., A and C Companies to the trenches, "B" Company to the KEEP, D Company to the CHATEAU. Working parties in the evening on Communcation Trenches, etc. A few 4.2 shells fell near the Chateau about 2.0p.m. - a nose cap was marked as follows:- F.K.Z. 140 S.U.D.1 15 709 Weather:- a fine day. |
