| Entry | Working parties from B and D Coys as on the 11th. 3 women were seen walking behind the German lines in the morning. This seems to bear out the report that was current a few days ago that the Germans were sending train loads of women for the Creature Comforts of their men in the trenches. A lovely day. 4 War Correspondents with Colonel Stewart, and Captain Reynolds visited the trenches about 2 p.m. Report The CO went on leave. Major Clarke assumed Command of the Battalion. |
