| Entry | Relieved the 4th Oxfords at 6.0p.m. by Platoons, each Coy beginning at the same time by the several communication trenches. 'A' Coy relieved A Coy Oxfords and so on. The Bucks Battalion were on our left, & the Warwick Brigade on our right. Dispositions as follows:- A Coy Trenches DAULNY, BUGEAUD, BOUILLON. B Coy Trenches PAS DES TIR, MARGUARITE, PRAT. C Coy Trenches DURAND, BOUILLET, NIEL. D Coy Trenches LASSALLE, HOCHE, BATAILLE HQ Dug-outs at end of Communication Trench. Weather sultry. Remarks Map attached. |
