| Entry | The Battalion moved off at 7.5p.m. To join the Brigade at MARLES LES MINE at 8.10p.m. A pleasant 15 days had been spent here and we were all sorry to leave. The Brigade marched via PLACE A BRUAY-LABRUISSIERE to a field SE of HOUCHIN. Arrived there 10.45p.m. And bivouaced. A better march for checks than the last night march, as the night was cool and the roads good. Remarks Lt & Qm Mr PAYNE went on leave. |
