| Entry | [& page 15] & 16th. The 2 Companies in the trenches worked in conjunction with the RA in order to try and help the enemy from moving any supports to the South to keep their own line there. Rifle and M Gun fire was heard from 7.0 am. onwards for 24 hours at varying intervals. On the trenches and roads opposite our lines. Ranges 300/500 yds for trenches and 1000/1500 for roads behind to TILLEGE. Working parties each night on new trenches & redoubts. U/4B - U20A - U19B - U13D 1 wounded.
