| Entry | 2359. The convoy started to arrive at 0600 hrs approx having suffered the inevitable mishaps. Misdirections and minor cas en route. Confusion was made more confounded by the absence of any Pro Assistance, by Bn DRs being taken away for Bde duties en route, and by the destination being quite unknown until contact was made with guides at NOSSEGHEN some 15 m away. Some Coys were put in the picture at the check pt, others simply followed the veh in front and there was some circling of BRUSSELS before the strays arrived. Bn HQ is in the CHATEAU BUYSINGHEN and Coys and B ech are distributed throughout the village. Weather cool, showery. |
