| Entry | Locations. Bn HQ, H.Q Coy less 1 Sect 3" Mtrs moved on mule basis to THITSEDAUNG (M.S. 36.4). Several Booby Traps & Autc Personnel Mines found. Other Units, Raj Rifs moved into BAWGALIGYI (M.S. 38). No opposition met. Owing to mines on road Sappers called in to clear Rd between Bn area & Raj Rif area. Operational. (1) 1 Pl 'D' Coy repaired road & made road jeepable. Jeeps now able to come to Bn area M.S. 36.4. (2) C.O. held 'O' Group at 1600 hrs for tasks before relief & after, & internal Admin matters. Administration. All attached & Unit mules less 12 for maintenance purposes, moved to M.S. 31 prior to going direct to new Bn Rest Area. Miscellaneous. Orders for relief of 62 Bde by 22 E (2nd) African Bde received. Bn first Bn to be relieved & revert to 98 Bde Comd at ZEYAWADI. |
