Entry | Battn moved out of BETHUNE by Coys - A Coy leaving at 8am, C at 8.30am, B at 9am, D at 9.30am - and took over trenches from H.L.I. In Section A2, known generally as The Brickfields. Trenches were in splendid condition. Relieve was completed without casualty. Orders were received at night to demonstrate to help the French. Rifle fire opened at 1am until 1.30am. Lieut Shute to hospital. Injured knee from football. Captain C.W.FRIZELL rejoined the Btn for duty on 21.3.15 having been wounded at Ypres and home in hospital. |
