Entry | Local patrols made no contact. At 1000 hrs the Bn less 2 Coys was ordered to move to MAGYI-DK 6162 to relieve the 4/4 G.R. for operations further South across the enemys escape route. At 1230 hrs the Bn less 'A' and 'C' Coys moved out by march route along the West side of the SAMON CHAUNG. The handover was completed by 1630 hrs. Another troop of 274 Bty and another Coy 11 Sikhs were in support. Bn dispositions were as follows:- 'B' Coy - Kg 618626, 'D' Coy just South of them in the village. Bn H.Q., H.Q. Coy and supporting arms on the track and chaung crossing at 613624. Reference to Appendice: None. |
