| Entry | At MAYMYO. 1000 hrs. Church Service in All Saints Church in MAYMYO. Nearly 200 men attended. In the afternoon one Pl 'B' Coy under Lieut Whittingham-Jones proceeded to Rd Junc 9464 on Rd MAYMYO - MANDALAY to try and ambush a party of enemy. It had been reported again by Z Force offrs that a party of about 50, who were of low morale and included sick and wounded, would try and cross the main road during the evening with the object of hiding up in PAUNG-DAW 9563.
