| Entry | 'B' Coy killed one Jap who had entered their area during previous night. Bn, less A,B and C Coys stood by to move to MAYMYO throughout day, but transport did not arrive until late. 'D' Coy moved in unit jeeps and trailers at 1730 hrs. arriving at MAYMYO at 2130 hrs. Bn H.Q. and H.Q. Coy could not be lifted. Positions at Nightfall - Bn less 'B' 'C' & 'D' Coys - as before. 'B' Coy at Rd Junc - 6948. 'C' and 'D' Coys at MAYMYO. Reference to Appendice: None. |
