Entry | Bn less 'C' Coy started crossing the Irrawaddy at 0800 hrs. Bn HQ, HQ Coy, Adm Coy and 'D' Coy less one section crossed at the KYAUKMYAUNG ferry head and moved into a Bde D.A. at NGAPYIN-IN. 'A' and 'B' Coys together with unit mules and M.T. crossed at SHWEDAIK and moved North from KULE by march route to the Bde D.A. The crossing was completed by 1700 hrs without incident. The Bn occupied previously prepared positions. One Section of 'D' Coy acted as escort to medical detachment on way up to THABEIKKYIN.
