| Entry | Locations remained unchanged. Limited patrolling during day. 'A' Coy receed and patrolled area for attack on Pt 288. Enemy positions appeared less strongly held than previously. Air Strike: Two sqns THUNDERBOLTS two sqns HURRI Bombers attacked enemy dig-in positions in area Pt 280 between 1645 hrs and 1800 hrs. P.W.D. bungalow set alight by 3" Mtr smoke, probably some stores inside were set on fire from indication of thick black smoke from the scene.
