| Entry | Positions as on previous evening. Limited patrol activities against enemy during day. Enemy appeared to be holding front edge of 15 r more lightly than previously. O.Ps with phone 150 yds North of 15 r at 686209. Enemy are still strong in this area and have been improving their positions overnight, probably very strongly dug in on Southern slopes of 15 r near river bank. S.R.V. patrol reported lights, talking and digging near S.W. end of 15 r on previous night. Air strike on enemy positions at 1645 hrs at (1) Pagoda 690208 (2) Area 695209.
