| Entry | Bn, less 'D' Coy, moved from above perimeter to Rly line at KAINGDAW. (South of level crossing S.R. 8010) during afternoon, after being relieved in old position by 11th Sikh Regt. B Coy moved into a Coy perimeter about 500 yds South, on railway line. 'D' Coy passed under command of 11th Sikhs and remained in previous positions. Casualties - Pte Carvell, wounded in action & died of wounds, and 1 O.R. wounded, both in 'A' Coy. Reference to Appendice: None. |
