Entry 1000hrs. Coy Cdrs conference reference move to DELTA area. 1. 2 Coys to perform the task allotted - D and B Coys. 2. Dispositions: a. 1 pl D Coy MA-UBIN. b. 1 pl D Coy MYAUNGMYA (under commd CAPT JE BRISCOE). c. D Coy less two pls WAKEMA. d. B Coy PYAPON. 3. This 2 Coy force to be under comd MAJOR FHB BOSHELL. 4. Dates of move: 23 July 45. 1pl D to MAUBIN 26 July 45 D Coy less 2 pls to NAKEMA 1 pl D Coy to NYAUNGMYA. 2 or 3 Aug 45 B Coy to PYAPON. 5. Role of force: a. to restore law and order. b. request, but not order, BNA (now known as PBF - Patrol Burma Force) to hand in their arms for safe custody. 6. Admin: a. Force to take 3 weeks rations and urepacrine(sic). b. Detailed admin not yet fixed, but supples are likely out by boat every 10 days. c. 1 box packed SAA .303 reserve with each sub unit of the force. 7. Medical: Evacuation of casualties from MYAUNGMYA and WAKEMA to BASSEIN, from MAUBIN and PYATON to Rangoon. 8. Intercomm: 22 sets to all villages where sub units are based except MYAUNGMYA, where there will be a 76 set. 3 launches based at MAUBIN for administration.
