| Entry | Reports on inspection of enemy dumps sent to Brigade. Bn settled in, and Coy drill parades continue. The Divisional Commander (MAJ GEN NICHOLSON - 2nd Division) visited the Bn, and talked to the men about the future. 6 Inf Bde is the only Bde of the Div. in Burma, and the other two (4 and 5 Bdes) are just now joining us in Burma. 1800hrs. Mobile cinema performance. Film broke 6 times, and the film itself was old and poor entertainment. Name of film was "Hail the Conquering Hero". |
