Entry | 0400 hrs. D Coy commence to ease over the bdgs. 0500 hrs. D Coy all over. No trouble. No enemy seen. C Coy adjust their perimeter to allow for D Coy absence. Supplies again difficult; enemy started sniping bdge after light, so all supplies have to be carried over at night. Enemy guns fired again during the morning in B and Bn HQ perimeter, and, in addition another AA gun firing from SADO 5648 area over D Coy. Own arty has been harassing the enemy guns, and this has kept his head and fire down. The job of clearing the area has been given to the 2 DLI who it is believed, can make a better approach, having captured village at 573455. Remarks.
