| Entry | At 1500hrs D Coy commenced the attack on bunkers mentioned above supported by 2 Tanks (hus). As the action developed 'B' Coy was warned to produce a pl in support. The attack was pressed home and 'A' Coy worked forward and took a bunker system in front of their positions (near the water tower). Owing to the late hour at which we were allowed to start the day's operations we had to stop at this point in order to conslidate for the night. |
