Location RAIPUR, Burma
Entry The Bn attacked F.S.D today. 'B' and 'D' Coys approached the feature under cover of darkness and at H hour 'B' Coy attacked the area 'car park' and 'steps' and D Coy attacked 'copse.' Both Coys were successful. C Coy then passed through 'D' Coy with the object of going round the far side of the hill and linking up with 'Garrison Hill'. They only managed to work forward 20yards of D Coy and were then held up by bunkers. Coys were ordered to consolidate for the night. Remarks: See attached Notes and plan IV. A congratulatory message on today's operations was received from the Divisional Commander. The following officers were wounded and evacuated today, Lt B. DUNN - B Coy, Lt DOLAN - D Coy, Lt LENNOX - A Coy
