| Entry | At 2015 hrs the C.O was asked if it would be possible to send a pl to F.S.D. to strengthen the garrison. As it was then dark and nothing was known of the dispositions of the enemy or our own troops and as the distance to be covered was considerable it was decided that it was not possible to carry out the project. At 2030 hrs Bde phoned Major Boshell and orderd him to a send a strong platoon from Summerhouse Hill to F.S.D. Lt DUNN took a pl of 33 men out and reached his objective. |
